Since that match, Venforet Kofu has successfully defended the title against:

-Montedio Yamagata on August 23 with a 1-1 draw
-Roasso Kumamoto on August 30 with a 5-1 win
-Sagan Tosu on September 7 with a 1-1 draw

This is Kofu's 5th reign as UFJC title holder.

Kofu's next defense will take place on September 14 with a home match against Thespa Kusatsu.
